Recently, Hebei Wacile Children's Toys Co., Ltd. welcomed a three-member delegation from Brazil for a two-day on-site factory inspection and in-depth negotiations. The visit aimed to evaluate Wacile's production capacity, quality control systems, and customization service processes, laying the groundwork for future long-term collaboration.

Accompanied by Wacile's international trade team, the Brazilian clients toured the injection molding workshop, automated assembly lines, quality inspection laboratory, and sample display hall. They highly praised the factory's modern equipment and standardized management, particularly during the quality control process. Witnessing each children's tricycle undergo load-bearing tests, anti-tip tests, and tire wear resistance tests, the clients immediately remarked: “This is precisely the reliable source factory we've been seeking.”

Following the tour, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding OEM/ODM customization details. The Brazilian market has specific requirements for children's tricycle color preferences, packaging specifications, and certification standards. The Wacile team showcased successful case studies of customized services provided to over 50 countries and proposed joint development of new color schemes and localized packaging designs tailored for the Brazilian market, earning high recognition from the client.

Ultimately, both parties signed an on-site purchase order for the first batch of 10,000 children's tricycles and balance bikes. They also agreed to deepen cooperation over the next year to jointly develop Brazil's mid-to-high-end maternal and infant channels.
